New Toy

Josh borrowed this bouncer from AJ and he is having so much fun with it.  He just really wants to be upright but can't sit up on his own, so this is the perfect thing!  Thanks AJ for letting us play!

Baby Model

We just launched our new KIDS WEBSITE and needed a little model to be on the home page, so naturally I did a little photo shoot of Joshy and this is what we came up with!  We needed something yellow, but there were no yellow clothes for boys!  (Tons of cute yellow dresses for girls though.)  So we found this cute blanket and I think it was perfect.  We now offer studio sessions for kids here in Bountiful.  We are running a special on all of our kids sessions right now.  A 1/2 hour studio session with a disc is $100, 1 hour studio session with disc is $150 and 1 hour on location session with disc is $200.  He's a photogenic little boy don't ya think?

4 month checkup

This baby boy has gotten so big and chunky!  We went to the doctor today for his 4 month visit and I was dreading it!  After his 2 month shots, I was traumatized and he really had a hard rest of the day.  But today Josh was such a big boy.  He did cry for a few minutes, but after a nap at home, he seemed to feel much better and has been giving us lots of smiles.  :)  

So here are his stats:

Head Circumference:  42 = 37th Percentile

Height:  25.75 inches = 74th Percentile

Weight:  16 lbs. 3 oz. = 70th Percentile

He's a big tall boy with a little head I guess!

  

Baby's 1st Easter!

Wow everything is so much more FUN when you have a kid! Easter was great this year. Luckily it wasn't snowing and was sort of warm for a change! We went to church and then up to Todd's parents house for a cousin get together dinner and Easter egg hunt. Josh loves sitting with his 'Paga' Cousin Eden Eden loving on her Easter Bunny Aunt Mary and Uncle Matt New Easter Outfit!  Finally a warm day to spend outside! Eden trying to stand up by herself.

Hunting for eggs... Getting tired of hunting for eggs... Helping Daddy carry the easter basket - he actually was holding it by himself, but I couldn't get my camera out in time!  Some photographer I am! Easter Video

This video is from a talk that Elder Jeffrey R. Holland gave at last week's General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  It was my very favorite talk and gave me a deeper understanding of what Christ has done for us.  Please watch.

4 Months Old!

We did Josh's first outdoor photo shoot!  Well, he didn't really like sitting up against the fence or on the chair...but we still got some cute smiley close ups.  This is his Easter outfit!  Isn't it so cute?

Fun week with Grandma

My mom decided to come out to see us (well, mostly Joshy) for the week.  We had so much fun and Grandma really got to know Josh's little personality.  He has changed so much since she left back in December.

We went out to dinner to Marie Callendars...my mom used to work there as a teenager... Josh showed off his new way of sitting on daddy... We visited Aunt Pam... And cousins... Kyle and Emma are best buds... And we visited Great-Grandma...FOUR GENERATIONS! I  We went outside on the days that were warm... Josh showed how he can do a blowout of his diaper, and then lay on his belly... Then we visited Great-Great Grandma!   We went to The Old Spaghetti Factory to get the Mizithra...YUM! Then we went to the mall (for the first time in probably 6 months!) and saw the Easter Bunny! I had a really, really, really hard time deciding on which jeans to get...but I finally found some and they were on sale! We had so much fun with Grandma and we miss her already!  We are so excited to see my family in May at the beach.
