Elder Spencer Hinckley

My baby brother Spencer was called to serve a mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was able to come out a couple of days early to hang out with Todd and I before he had to report to the MTC. We had a little family get-together with the family out here in Utah. He wrote a beautiful song about his mission that he played for us. And of course we had to go to Cafe Rio! Well, he went in today at noon, and I have to say it was so hard to do! I was so sad :( I'm so proud of him and excited for him, but it was way hard to let him go! He is such a good kid and I know that he's gonna be the best missionary. (Isn't he so cute!)

Baby Shower

Cute party favors. My cousin Jenny and baby Hudson. LJP Girls! Sarah and Sally. Jenny, Me, Nat, Staci, and Krystal. Jenny and Me ~ she just moved back out here from Tennessee! My friend Krystal threw me an awesome baby shower for some of my friends. It was so much fun! She made the cutest party favors and this way cute little book for everyone to write their advice in. We had the yummiest salad, apples w/caramel dip, spiced apple cider and pumpkin trifle. Thank you so much Krystal and everyone who came!

Pumpkin Party

Every year we have started having a pumpkin carving party at Todd's folks house. I couldn't think of anything to do on my pumpkin, so I just took a drill to it! We made Joshy's name in his - can you tell what Todd's is??

Due Date...

Okay, so my original due date is December 31st, but when we went to have the ultrasound, the technician told me he looked more like the 22nd. So that's the date that I've been going off of. My doctor told me that I'm still officially the 31st, so I changed it on my 'baby ticker' and I'm trying to change it in my mind because I don't want to get my hopes up of having him come before Christmas. I guess time will just tell! So I guess I'm about 29 weeks, not 30 :( and he's back to a butternut squash instead of a head of lettuce! Oh well!

Winter Wonderland

We woke up this morning to the beautiful snow covering everything! I still get really excited when it snows because I didn't grow up with snow like this. The most snow we ever got in Tennessee was the "Blizzard of '93" and it was probably about the same amount of snow as we got today! I love it. We are even listening to Christmas music right now! I'm just extra excited about this Christmas obviously.

29 Weeks!

Wow time flies! I can't believe that I'm just 10 weeks away from my due date! I really really really hope he comes before Christmas!

Our 3rd Anniversary!

It's been 3 years since that amazing day in Nauvoo! We spent our anniversary up in Eden at Wolf Creek. It was so pretty up there with all the fall colors. It's so crazy that this is our last anniversary without kids!

28 Weeks

I'm definitely getting to the "not so comfortable" stage of pregnancy I've heard about! It's so weird to see my body grow in this way, but it's still really cool and exciting!
